2003 Season - Week 20

BUMSBowl VIII

Last year Marcus stopped Chief from doing the double. This year Chief will try and stop Wayne from doing it. Only1 owner has done the double in 8 years - Marcus in 2001. It Could Have Been So Different Trading Day - so what’s the point of that then. Depends on who you ask. Ron would’ve been relegated without it and Johnny would’ve stayed up. Aaron would have been promoted and John would still be playing Conference ball next year. Now the best trades are often made off the back of a bad draft Ron finished +148 on his trades (see attached) but he did draft a kicker who didn’t play all year and got to replace him with Mike Vanderjagt. Still respect due, he made the right pick ups unlike Chief who was the worst trader this year with a -18 differential. Without the trades the tables would have looked like this:- PREMIERSHIP actual finish CONFERENCE actual finish 1 Wayne 553 1 1 Dave G 439 1 2 Gareth 509 3 2 Andy H 395 3 3 Paul 493 2 3 Aaron 387 4 4 Johnny 403 9 --------------------------------- 5 AP 387 4 4 John 385 2 6 Mark 384 =5 5 Cheryl 369 5 7 David S 366 =5 8 Marcus 361 7 ---------------------------------- 9 Daz 339 10 10 Phil 320 11 11 Ron 259 8 BUMS on Superbowl Seats We are all set for Superbowl XXXVIII in Houston as Carolina look to upset New England.
